Attorney Richard C. Roxin graduated from Albany Law School and Boston University. He worked at a large law firm in Albany before becoming a prosecutor in the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office, where he frequently took on high-profile violent felony, narcotics and organized crime cases over a career which spanned 17 years. He served as head of the DWI Bureau from 1999-2003, handling all Vehicular Homicide and Vehicular Assault cases, in addition to overseeing the prosecution of all felony DWI cases. Moving on from prosecution, Rick Roxin entered private practice in 2010. Since then, he has used his keen legal knowledge and courtroom skill and prosecutor’s insight to defend clients against charges that could gravely impact on their life.
